STARS Contract

The GSA Small Business GWAC Center awarded CRI the “Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS)” contract. STARS is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract that can run as long as seven years. It has a $15 billion program ceiling to provide total Information Technology Solutions throughout the federal arena.

STARS provides numerous benefits to CRI's clients, who by using it:

Receive credit towards their 8(a) socio-economic goals
Can issue SOLE SOURCE task orders up to the 8(a) threshold of $3 million
Can order combinations of hardware, software and IT services
Can issue Task Orders that are non-protestable except for scope, maximum order limitation or period of performance
Can satisfy Section 803 requirements which means that a Contracting Officer can go directly to CRI
Can complete the entire procurement process in 5-14 days

CRI has been certified to use STARS for orders within the following Functional Areas and NAICS codes:

FA 1 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services
FA 2 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services
FA 3 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services
FA 5 541519 - Other Computer Related Services
FA 6 516110 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting
