McLean, VA — Communications Resource, Inc. (CRI) today announced that it has set up a production version of a Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) system to demonstrate the end-to-end process in a live environment. The system will enable Federal agencies to enroll and credential employees and contract personnel under the rigorous requirements established by the National Institute for Science and Technology. All components in this configuration are on GSA’s Approved Product List. The demonstration model is set up in CRI’s McLean, VA location.
CRI is a value added reseller for a wide-variety of security hardware and software products to protect Federal facilities and staff. About HSPD-12: “A Common Identification Standard for Federal Employees and Contractors” mandates a program that combines rigorous procedural and technical measures to authenticate and protect the identity of Federal employees and contract personnel.
