CRI has been a leader in pioneering emergency management and contingency planning development, implementation and testing for a variety of federal customers. While our approach is based upon current federal guidance and best practices, our broad experience in the innovation and implementation of comprehensive response planning strategies for federal and state agencies has positioned us to play a role in forging new standards and products in areas such as pandemic response and recovery planning. CRI’s Business Impact Analysis tool is a highly iterative, integrated and focused process designed to create effective emergency response and contingency planning for all types of emergencies throughout all of the customer’s organizational levels. In addition, CRI system developers have engineered time-saving electronic risk assessment (See CRIS) and contingency templates to enhance the management and maintenance of plan information.
Our capabilities span the entire spectrum of emergency management. We emphasize planning for incidents before they occur and ensuring that the planning is practical and current. Our projects have ranged from a single facility to an entire agency. We have implemented Program Management Offices for enterprise type requirements. We are acutely aware of the need to look at emergency planning as part of a larger focus where other federal agencies as well as local resources may be partners
