MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The US Office of Veterans Affairs (VA) recently awarded Communications Resource, Inc. (CRI) a contract to assist its program offices in the use of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) process for all acquisitions anticipated to be in excess of $5 million. CRI will provide subject matter expertise in both the IT system and procurement areas. CRI will assist in the development of IT system requirements and architectures; alternatives analyses; risk analyses; and, systems lifecycle planning. We will also provide acquisition planning expertise in the development of acquisition strategies, processes, and artifacts such as acquisition strategies and plans, statements of work, and performance work statements.
