Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20

CRI has been providing support to federal agencies in response to several Homeland Security Presidential Directives. We have been closely involved with:

  1. HSPD-7 : Critical Infrastructure Identification, Prioritization, & Protection
  2. HSPD-9 : Defense of United States Agriculture & Food
  3. HSPD-12 : Policy for a Common Identification Standard for Federal Employees & Contractor

HSPD Female UserThe General Services Administration recently selected CRI as the systems integrator for HSPD-20, National Continuity Policy. HSPD-20 provides guidance on National Essential Functions (NEF) which serve as the foundation for all continuity programs and capabilities. NEFs represent the overarching responsibilities of the Federal Government to lead and sustain the Nation during a crisis. CRI provides a centralized resource to assist agencies in designing and deploying the requirements related to secure and reliable communication for the HSPD-20 continuity programs.

  2. Installation of secure communication systems (fixed locations)
  3. Building and Installing Secure Communications (mobile platforms)
  4. Procurement of Electronic Stand-Alone Communications Devices
  5. As-Built and Design and Maintenance Documentation and Drawings
