CRI has been a leader in pioneering emergency management and contingency planning development, implementation and testing for a variety of federal customers. While our approach is based upon current federal guidance and best practices, our broad experience in the innovation and implementation of comprehensive response planning strategies for federal and state agencies has positioned us to play a role in forging new standards and products in areas such as pandemic response and recovery planning. CRI’s Business Impact Analysis tool is a highly iterative, integrated and focused process designed to create effective emergency response and contingency planning for all types of emergencies throughout all of the customer’s organizational levels. In addition, CRI system developers have engineered time-saving electronic risk assessment (See CRIS) and contingency templates to enhance the management and maintenance of plan information.
Our capabilities span the entire spectrum of emergency preparedness, emergency response, and emergency management. We emphasize practical and effective planning for incidents of all types before they occur and ensure that the plan we develop is responsive to each client’s culture. Our planning experience ranges from a single facility to an entire agency. We have implemented Program Management Offices for enterprise-type requirements. We are acutely aware of the need to evaluate each client’s relationships and inter-linkages with other organizations and develop emergency plans that appropriately integrate external resources and processes.
