Physical Security Information Management systems (PSIM)
CRI develops, implements, and manages the world’s largest PSIM system—supporting 1,800+ mission-critical users across 350+ global facilities. Our platform sets the industry standard by proactively identifying and neutralizing threats through continuous enhancements, real-time situational awareness, and advanced analytics. We integrate the latest in automation and interoperability to help clients stay ahead of evolving security challenges. Through comprehensive after-action reviews, we identify vulnerabilities and drive ongoing system optimization. Performance Optimization, Strategic Planning, and Facilitation
CRI follows a structured “As-Is to Should-Be” approach to facilitate strategic planning. We conduct interviews and analyze available data to develop a thorough understanding of the “As-Is” state and work directly with stakeholders to determine the desired “Should-Be” goal. We then recommend a path to achieve the goal, including measurable milestones to track progress. We optimize performance and ensure adherence to the strategic plan by realigning current processes and available resources. We maximize use of existing analysis tools, including CRI expertise and support in capital planning and investment control (CPIC) processes and policies, annual business cases (formerly the Exhibits E300 and 53), interpretation and recommendation of departmental and governmental policy (e.g., OMB A-11), and preparation of IT budget decision papers and related narratives for agency and departmental management if required.

Program Management Office (PMO) Support
CRI provides federal agencies with a broad array of PMO services, including policy and training updates, enrollment support, report generation, end-user support, system administration support, background investigation support, governance and change control boards, and GSA Managed Service Office support. We develop, collect, and analyze performance metrics to ensure effective visibility over the program’s progress. We keep stakeholders informed with a comprehensive communications plan, which encompasses a help desk, website support, guides, FAQs, and executive support for meetings and briefings.

Enterprise-Based Training Services, Content Development, and Outreach
CRI provides extensive enterprise-wide training support to federal agencies, conducting research and analysis and applying federal physical security standards. Our training capabilities extend to designing, developing, and executing complete training packages, including user guides, live webinars, recorded webinars, comprehensive training videos, FAQs, and train-the-trainer sessions.

Mission Oriented Multi-Tiered Help Desk Support
Our help desk philosophy isn't just about solving problems—it's about partnership. CRI provides a dedicated team that aligns with the strategic goals of each client, and operates within Service Level Agreements to acknowledge and process work orders with personalized, multi-channel support. CRI has more than 20 years of experience with acquisition support services, including development of acquisition documents such as quality assurance surveillance plans, statements of work, synopses, budget estimates, and draft solicitations. In many cases, we facilitate formal acquisition integrated product teams to ensure close integration of the many offices involved in procurement.​

Continuity of Operations (COOP) and TT&E
CRI helps federal customers develop comprehensive and integrated emergency management capabilities. Our suite of emergency preparedness products includes risk-based assessments, security plans, continuity of operations plans, business continuity plans, and emergency action plans. We also support preparedness through designing, planning, and executing test, training, and exercise (TT&E) programs.​
