Performance Optimization and Strategic Planning

CRI follows a structured “As-Is to Should-Be” approach to assist customers in facilitating strategic planning.  We routinely develop a thorough understanding of the client’s “As-Is” operation through interviews and available data analysis. Using this understanding as a basis, we work directly with clients to model the desired “Should-Be” goal and recommend a measurable path to monitor progress towards it. This can include realignment of current processes and available resources to align with the strategic plan and/or to optimize current performance.  We use existing analysis tools wherever possible. These include CRI expertise and support in Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) processes and policies; annual business cases (formerly the Exhibits E300 and 53); interpretation/recommendation of departmental and governmental policy (e.g., OMB A-11); and preparation of  IT budget decision papers and related narratives for agency and departmental management if required.

Program Management Office (PMO) Support

CRI provides multiple federal agencies with a broad array of PMO services, including policy and training updates, enrollment support, report generation, end-user support, system admin support, background investigation support, governance and change control boards, and GSA Managed Service Office support. We develop, collect and analyze performance metrics to ensure effective visibility over the program’s progress. We maintain a comprehensive communications plan to all stakeholders which encompassed a help desk, web site support, guides, FAQs, and executive support for meetings and briefings.

Acquisition Lifecycle Planning

CRI has over 15 years of experience with acquisition support services. CRI develops acquisition documents, including Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, SOWs, synopses, budget estimates, and draft solicitations. In many cases, CRI facilitates formal Acquisition Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to ensure close integration of the many offices normally involved in procurement activities.

Continuity of Operations (COOP) and TT&E

CRI assists Federal customers in the development of comprehensive and integrated emergency management capabilities.  Our suite of emergency preparedness products includes risk-based assessments, Security Plans, Continuity of Operations Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and Emergency Action Plans. We support these preparedness plans through designing, planning and executing TT&E programs.

Enterprise Based Training Services, Content Development, & Outreach
