McLean, Virginia – August 2026 – Communications Resource, Inc. (CRI), a full-service physical security technology leader, is proud to announce that we have earned the #19 spot on the Washington Business Journal’s 2026 Largest Cybersecurity Companies. This ranking is based on 2025 metro-area revenue.
For CRI, making the list is about more than a ranking. It represents the work happening every day across our organization—solving complex technology challenges, supporting critical missions, and delivering solutions our clients can depend on.
For more than 30 years, CRI has built its business around a simple principle: understand what the mission requires and bring the right people, technology, and expertise together to make it happen. Our recent CMMI® Services Maturity Level 3 appraisal and ISO 9001:2015 certification reflect our commitment to disciplined processes, continuous improvement, and quality delivery. Today, that approach continues to guide how we support government and commercial clients in environments where security, reliability, and performance matter.
“Recognition like this belongs to our entire team,” said Victoria Johnson, CRI President & CEO. “Our success has always been driven by talented people who understand our clients, take ownership of their work, and consistently deliver. Ranking among the region’s largest cybersecurity companies is another indication that what we’re building at CRI continues to make an impact.”
The Washington Business Journal recognition adds another milestone to a year focused on strengthening CRI’s capabilities, processes, and position as a technology partner for organizations with demanding and evolving missions. And while we’re proud to be #19, our focus remains on what comes next, continuing to earn our clients’ trust, creating new opportunities for our team, and building on more than three decades of experience.
